Is there any (simply) way to sync the WiiM mini with the Logitech Harmony hub to allow control of volume....etc? Looking through the forums it seems like it might be possible but am unclear on how to get it working

No easy way as the WiiM remote is Bluetooth (so its keypresses can’t be learned by the harmony remote) and not officially in Logitech’s device compatibility database.

There are some very convoluted methods such as the use of Home Assistant, a flIRc dongle, simulated remotes etc but it’s not for the faint hearted and limited to a degree by the APIs WiiM make available to third parties.

yeah something Wiims lack, IR support, I have a decent learning remote but can't control it.

Although it does have RF as well I don't think it's bluetooth it's their own system

Yea it's a massive pain, I know they release the WiiM voice remote which uses Bluetooth so it's definitely possible to pair with Harmony hub but seems WiiM haven't partnered with them to allow pairing

WiiM don’t make their remotes, the manufacturer would need to liaise with Logitech.

Are you referring to your learning remote or the WiiM? I’m pretty sure the WiiM remote is Bluetooth as I don’t think you pair an RF remote which you do need to do with WiiM
