I’m having trouble with my WIIM Mini. It seems to be completely stuck: the device only shows a solid green light and doesn’t respond to any button presses (short or long).
I’ve already tried the following:
At this point it feels unresponsive and I’m not sure what else I can do.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to recover it, or is this a case for warranty/replacement?

I’ve already tried the following:
- Unplugging the power for a longer period – it goes through a restart cycle but always returns to a solid green light.
- It doesn’t show up in the WIIM app and is not connected to my Wi-Fi network.
- Based on another post I also tried a different power supply, but that didn’t solve the issue either.
At this point it feels unresponsive and I’m not sure what else I can do.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to recover it, or is this a case for warranty/replacement?
