I have done a factory reset and deleted the app and re downloaded (android). Any ideas? Suggestions??

Could you try deleting the cache, then data, then the app. Then power down your phone and restart and install the app again. Also try removing the power from the wiim device for a couple of mins and allow the device to power up again. If you still get the same issue go to the wiim home app and go to the three dot menu/ more and send feedback and wiim will be able to look at your device logs and assist you. If you want you could go to settings/ device info and join a beta testing if one is available. This will put you on a different firmware to try.
