Wiim Pro Plus and Zen Mini Mk 3

Once again, I have said several times the Zen appears. The issue is the folders are empty so nothing to play!
We’ve established that LMS via squeezer can see music on the Zen and play it to the Pro Plus - in which app are the folders showing as empty?

Ok, looks like AssetUPNP as I said in an earlier response, accessed from the WiiM Home app. What happens when you select say “A” or any other letter? Do you get a list of artists whose name starts with that letter?

As previously they are empty, nothing there

Ok, so the innuos isn’t presenting those files for playback.

Let’s step back to BubbleUpNP and see what we see there. Under “library”, choose the Zen again, and under Devices choose Local Renderer.
Can you get further than the screenshot from your WiiM app above I.e. can you see a list of artists and play a track back on your phone?

Good. Progress, so it’s not a WiiM nor BubbleUPnP issue per se, it’s potentially an issue with the Zen’s UPNP server.

Here’s a link on the Innuos website which appears to describe your issue for its UPNP Native mode, with two potential solutions. Could you try the first and it that doesn’t fix it, then the second? Let us know how the trials go.

I bet Innuos was more reliable when they used LMS 🤣

It’s confusing it seems to be ok with LMS (must be using a network share?), but the earlier screen shot and my latest link suggests it has AssetUPNP at its core, but it also looks like it’s not done a scan to pick up the contents of the Zen. Strange that the IP address/ port appears not to work.

When Innuos first started they used to use LMS as server software. They only stopped using it a few years ago.

Yeah, that’s what threw me part way thru. I had initially thought it had AssetUPnP at its core, then LMS was brought up and some search results (clearly older ones) suggested it was based on that. However, the first screenshot we got made it clear that it was an AssetUPNP issue…
