[WiiM pro plus]Help! Suddenly my optical out doesnt work...

Hi there!

After a few weeks not listening to music I turned on my WiiM which is connected to my Q995C Soundbar via optical out.

The Soundbar started automatically but no sound!

So what's up here?

Check your connection is ok and perhaps try another cable. Make sure the Wiim's output is still set to optical and that it or the soundbar isn't muted. Have you tried different sources like steaming or radio?

From the OP
1. After disconnecting an reconnecting the power supply...

2. ... I just removed the device from the WiiM App...

3. ... and did the device installation process the same way it's described in the manual

So now fixed
