Hi I listen to youtube music from my tv on my wiim ultra when I turn on room fit and adjust the room sound just to make the sound sharper but the singer's voice or bass is not clear and sometimes inaudible or in other words the sentence is lost, the mid range is bright and clear. Can you tell me how to do this? When I turn off room fit the device is gone, there should be a low range that is automatically cut off, while my equalizer graph has it set to high from 50-200hz. Need an explanation!

Could you run RoomFit again and post a graph of your measurements here?

Also, please give us a screenshot of the RoomFit settings screen. I'm sure the expert members here will be able to look at that and give you some advice.

Sorry, I don't understand what you are saying. What do you mean by 'device is gone'? Does the device no longer appear in the WiiM app?

Are your speakers wired out of phase? If you have accidentally wired one speaker so that the negative (-) terminal on the amp is wired to the positive (+) terminal on the speaker (and the positive terminal on the amp to the negative terminal of the speaker), you’ll get sound like what you’re describing. Vocals that are centered will “disappear” and bass (which is often also mono) will also be lessened because the sound waves cancel each other out when a speaker is wired incorrectly.
