Hi, I'm considering buying a Sub Pro. I have a Wiim Pro streamer, a Vibelink amp, and Polk R600 speakers. So, I have no sub out. Does anyone have experience running the Sub Pro over Ethernet? I have read that RCA is preferred over Wi-Fi, but what about Ethernet?

RCA and network is two very different ways to integrate the Sub. WiFi and Ethernet is just networking, there are no difference between those.

For connection to the WiiM Pro I would think it should be via network? I don't see any benefits of using analog connection.

Wiim's own Help Center recommends using the RCA input over WiFi. They recommend Ethernet for added stability compared to Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi introduces delay. I'm just wondering if Ethernet would mitigate any potential Wi-Fi issues.
