Hello, When I search for an album and then play a track the album shows up at the top of my search which has all of the albums that I have listened to. It is not doing it any longer. I use amazon Music to stream through my Ultra.

Another thing is that I hit the x on the right of a Lee Scratch Perry album in error and it deleted the album so, can I get this back or, do I have to download it all again?

Anyone know their onions more than I do please?

Do you mean this screen?

It does not seem to be a problem with my WiiM app.

As far as I know, this 'Recent searches' list is saved on your phone. So if you are using several phones or tablets, you will see a different list on each of them.

Search for 'Lee Scratch Perry' again and tap that album. It will be added to your recent searches list.

I use my iPhone and yes, when I use my iMac I know that I have to build fresh lists, however my Search history has stopped saving search albums that I have played tracks on appearing in my Search≥

Ok, I can search for Lee Scratch Perry again, however, as my searches are not appearing any longer in my Search list after playing whatever tracks from that album it means that I can only search for albums and play at that specific time.

Of course all my other albums that I have played tracks from are, are on my search history before it stopped saving the searches that I have downloaded.

If trying to reboot the Iphone does not solve the issue, Please submit a ticket via the feedback section of the WiiM app.
(WiiM app -> More -> Feedback)

I could not reproduce your problem on my phone.

I have used Wiim streamers since the first one and every model up to where I am now, the Ultra, and this issue has never appeared before for me and that’s why I am asking about it. And yes I have rebooted my phone.

Are you having the same problem with your iMac or just your iPhone?

If the latter, I think it's either your phone or the iOS app.

Bizarre! I tried a search on my iMac and played a bit of a track and the album has gone into my search history. I then went back to mi iPhone and it all works fine now. Thanks for your help!

Can I make playlists from my search history as, I have a lot of albums all on the search history?

The search history is just that. A list of names and information about what you have search for. Nothing is downloaded or added to any playlists.

To make a playlist of your search results you will need to select each entry and then add them to the list you want from the available menus.

I know the first statement as that is obvious and always has been that until it stopped on Friday, and as I said it’s resolved now.

The available menus and the ability to choose albums or tracks from my search history to make a playlist I do not see on my iPhone Wiim App?

I didn't do anything, but I'm glad your problem is solved.😄

There is no such function, but you can try sending a request ticket.

The option to add to a playlist depends on what kind of entry you select. For an album or track the "Now playing" page contains a 3-dot menu selection (on Android, I don't have any Apple devices). From that menu you can add it to a playlist.

As far as I know, that feature is not available on Amazon music.

Ok, that explains it.

So you can't make your own playlist on Amazon?
Yes. The only thing that can be done is to register presets.

If the function to register additional albums to the presets could be implemented, it would be possible to add albums later.
