Hello how do i get the wiim ultra when i turn it into standby mode with the remote red button the screen turns black ..end then when i wait een push the red remote button again it turn to the clock .. i want the clock directly is it possible?

Yes, it is currently operating normally.

The clock is displayed when the Ultra is put into standby by Auto-Standby.

Pressing the remote button puts it into standby.
Check the Screen Settings menu - set the standby screen wallpaper to a clock and disable the Turn off screen in standby mode option.

The remote "off" button always turn the screen off and put the WiiM Ultra in standby. There are no way to change that behaviour.

The auto standby shows the clock by default.

You can set the auto standby to 30 sec and then just stop the music with the remote. The clock will show in 30 sec.

Or pres the button twice as you already know.

If i press it twice the wiim ultra turns on again!!if i press it then the screen goes black then i have too wait end then i have pres again then i get the clock i dont want to wait ..

As I said at the beginning, it is currently normal behaviour and there is no other way. You can submit a request ticket via the WiiM home app feedback section.

Please tell the Support Team how you would like it to work. e.g., it might be possible to customise a preset button and switch to clock view at any time by simply pressing it.
