Will not play 32 bit WAV files

I have asked and received no reply from WiiM and the ONLY reason I bought an Ultra was to play 32 bit files.
They asked for my files but are too large to upload to their server.
Several posts have gone unanswered which is frustrating.

The only 32 bit wav files I have come from RME - bit perfect test files, and they are played correctly.

I created my files using a RME A/D and using Vinyl Studio. I just downloaded the RME test files and will check to see how those play.
It could be the recording software, just need to check.

Try uploading to a service like Dropbox or WeTransfer.com and send WiiM the link in another ticket
