Can someone tell me what the prompt sound is and what it sounds like ? The setting is in the WiiM ultra hardware settings in the app.

The top on my Ultra is starting to come loose, one of the corners is no longer flush with the sides. Does any one know how it is attached? With glue? Pressing it down doesn’t help, so I guess it’s skewed. Doesn’t look so good and I’m suspecting it can get worse…
