New WiiM Pro is working great through Spotify connect but Alexa doesn’t see the device, so I can’t add it to a group, set it as a preferred speaker, or utilize the voice controls.
Please advise.
- I’m signed into Amazon in the WiiM app.
- I’ve disabled HD/UHD in the Amazon Alexa settings
- Everything is on the same WiFi
- I’ve rebooting everything, router, WiiM Pro, phone, and all the apps.
- I’m on app version 2.3.6.22121514 (iOS)
- Firmware Version 4.8.438466
Please advise.
