Anybody Using Theirs in an HT Bypass Setup?

I only discovered late last night (too late to try it properly) that you could set a different volume level for each input and also use the input auto-detect.

I'm going to try this with the preouts from my AVR into Line In on the Wiim for HT Bypass and hope it then detects when I switch between that and using Ethernet / Streaming for playing music into an amp that has no remote control with the volume set high and use the WiiM remote for volume or if I need to switch the input.

Interested to hear if anybody else has tried it set up like that and if so how successful it's been?

No, I never got round to it, I was testing a Fosi ZA3 Amp with a view to swapping from my main amp but the ZA3 didn't have enough grunt to balance with the other speakers in the surround setup so kept my main amp.

That said I would have thought it'd work, I have a Pro Plus in another room and I've set it to auto detect optical in and it works extremely well so can't see any reason that RCA in wouldn't as well.
