Connect Sub Pro to a receiver AND a WiiM Amp simultaneously

I want to use a wireless sub connection from a Denon to the Sub Pro in my living room. It's a second sub. I also have the LR speakers connected to a WiiM Amp and I want to add the sub to that output when I am streaming.

Is that a valid use case?

I imagine I will use the sub input for the first thing, and network (wifi or Ethernet) for the second thing.

Is OP seeking to wirelessly connect the Sub Pro to the WiiM amp, whilst connecting another Denon subwoofer to the WiiM amp's subwoofer output?

The title says he wants to connect the Sub Pro to a (Denon) Receiver and a WiiM Amp simultaneously.

So he has to use the cable connection from the Denon to the sub and the wireless connection for the WiiM Amp.

But I don't know how the Sub Pro works when configured for a wireless connection with the WiiM Amp. Does the Sub Pro switch automatically to wired input when there's a signal coming from the Denon? And what happens when the Denon and WiiM Amp play simultaneously?

Basically, 2 inputs and it works as a sub depending on what is sending signal at the time. Or what I designate as the input.

You may need to unpair it then to use it wired to another device. Unpairing and re-pairing only take moments.

If you wired it to the WiiM Amp and also to the Denon with a Y cable it would probably work Ok with the risk of a mixed signal if both are switched on.
