What would be a possible way to connect a MacBook Pro to my WiiM Ultra? The only output on the MBP is USB-C.

What I’m trying to achieve is to run REW on the MacBook and measure the output from the Ultra -> amplifier -> speakers.

The USB or HDMI input won’t work? Toslink is what I should opt for?
The Ultra doesn’t have USB audio in, and its HDMI is for connection to a TV HDMI ARC socket, so optical is your only option (analog line in aside).

You can try Bluetooth first. It is good enough for room correction.

Good idea. I also have a cheap USB-C to 3.5mm headphone mini DAC that I could use, but it’s probably not even better than BT.
Or try a cheap usb c to toslink converter or a ddc, various models have been suggested around the site to look at
