Less of a troubleshoot, I suupose, and more a case of avoiding the need for it.

My Dayton Audio iMM-6C calibration mic has just arrived. Is there anything I need to do/do differently when re-running room correction, or is it just plug and play?

It is largely plug-and-play.
For better accuracy you can download the calibration file from: Dayton Audio Microphone Calibration Tool
Once you plug-in the mic you can import this calibration file in RoomFit, as described here: Tutorial: Microphone Calibration File Import in WiiM Home (WiiM FAQ)
