Radio Paradise Failing this morning

Anybody else find Radio Paradise not working through WHA this morning? When I select it, the Play button becomes active, but when I tap it, it reverts back to Play instead of Pause. The service isn't down, as I can access it via mobile app.

Thanks. I'll try shutting down and rebooting things. I guess it could be a US regional thing, too. Will update.

Quick update: the failure is only on my WiiM Ultra. My Pro does not have the same issue. Rebooting the Ultra didn't clear the problem. And oddly, while one of the four RP stations works, the others do not. Nor does BBC, but other internet sources play correctly. Very weird!

I'll wait to hear back from WiiM before doing a factory reset.

I have the same issue with my WiiM Amp. Did you ever get this resolved? I rebooted the WA but I haven’t reset it.

WiiM logged the problem, but I ended up doing a factory reset on my Ultra for other reasons. There still seems to be a problem with some RP stations, but I haven't tested all the various use scenarios exhaustively yet.

I haven’t reset it as I use it in multiple rooms and have a few saved curves in it. I can only get the RP Main feed to work, the other 3 just go right back to being paused when I try to start them. I put a ticket in to WiiM but haven’t heard back from them yet.

Same thing here, Ultra. Album art loads, then nothing and back to intro logo. Main feed is normal.

Funny enough: The mellow mix doesn't seem to work through airable right now, but it does using the Radio Paradise app.

Same here, I noticed however that RP Main Mix is working, but RP Mellow mix, RP Global Mix and RP Rock Mix do not work and behave like you describe. The "Now Playing" is displayed though, and it changes.

Update: I tried streaming RP Mellow Mix with a Sonos system and it works fine. WIIM Ultra fails as described (only "Now Playing is displayed, no streaming, play/pause button goes back to paused state (arrow). This is on the same WIFI system.

Main, Mellow, Rock and Global mix still working flawlessly as music services integrated into the WiiM Home app (WiiM Amp Pro).

Must be a regional problem.

But these do work on a Sonos streaming system connected to the same WIFI as the WIIM Ultra system, where only RP Main works
The Sonos system is in the very same region.
