HDMI sound loss

Samsung Frame TV to Wiim Ultra via HDMI ARC, the sound is lost, sound and power controls over the TV remote is still active, so the ARC protocol is running.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
If I stream music over the network, the sound is active, so it is not an output issue.

When saying lost, did you have it before?

If not, then check it is ARC and not eARC. The latter is not supported.

I unpowered the TV to check, but I don't think I rebooted the WIIM. I will try this evening, thanks for the suggestion.

Any chance you could solve the issue? I am having very similar issue after 4 months of ownership of a Wiim Ultra.

about No audio via HDMI arc issue,
I have LG smart TV and use HDMI ARC and same problem /w this thread.
If I keep turning on WIIM UTRA for several days, then it can't catch audio input any more.
So I reset WIIM ULTRA and it works very well.
At that time, It should be enough time to reboot.
If I just turn it off and on right away?
It doesn't work. however If I turn it off and take more than 10 seconds, It will be OK.
I think HDMI input parts of WIIM ULTA are not stable when it work very long time.
SO .. it should be needed to AGING TEST. .. for a week.
