Does it contain cover art or pictures? If not I still wouldn't mind the extra effort. The stream available through vTune carries text based metadata as well.

No cover art just the station logo but other metadata is there.

If you don't mind the scrolling text and the missing data rate.

It sounds like LMS is not running. Have you never used the LMS web interface before?

No, I just run the LMS from time to time, so that I can sync the time on my SBT, but have never used the LMS web interface..

Does that mean that your SBT was being used with mySqueezebox.com until it was shut down and not really using LMS at all?

Correct.. I was using LMS lite USB on the SBT, and only started using LMS on my PC after mySqueezebox.com was shut down.
