Is WiiM Amp Ultra compatible with powered speakers?

I have devialet phantom II speakers. Wondering if the Is WiiM Amp Ultra would be compatible with them?
Or would the ultra be a better choice?

The plain Ultra. The amp drives passive speakers and apart from usb doesn’t have an output that would feed powered speakers.

I can attest to this I have an ultra paired with a pair of Sonos 5s works great
