Hi everyone. My Wii U Amp Ultra with Triangle Borea BR02 speakers, and I've also tried it with Mission LX2 speakers, sounds like a toy. I have to keep the volume at more than halfway to really hear the instruments, and the sound is quite dull. The speakers should be decent, and I can't explain this poor performance. If I don't turn on the subwoofer, the music sounds like a 100-euro radio with built-in speakers. I hear this problem from the Wi-Fi output, Spotify, and Amazon Music audio sources, and it improves (but isn't resolved like a real amplifier) if I use the optical input from the TV. What settings should I check, considering that even with the equalizer turned almost to maximum, it doesn't improve anything?
I bought the Wiim Sub Pro to improve the sound, but it arrived broken, and I returned it to Amazon. Perhaps the defects pose a serious risk to other users, or am I just unlucky?
