Dear forum users, my name is Markus, and I'm from Vienna, here is my first posting.
This weekend I had the opportunity to test the WIIM Ultra with the WIIM Vibelink Amp. Incredibly good interaction, incredibly good sound, and a great app.
Everything worked perfectly, except for accessing and integrating my Raspbian Pi 5 with minimserver with the WIIM.
I also tried manually entering the path to the folders and database. An error message popped up when I made a mistake, but after I entered the correct path, it was accepted.
However, it didn't show a single song from my 1500 GB database. This was never a problem with my Cambridge CXN v2. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help, best regards from Vienna, Markus

You shouldn't need to specify anything for a Minimserver install, it should just appear under Home Music Share in your WiiM Home app. Are the Raspberry Pi, WiiM Ultra and your phone all on the same network, and can you see Minimserver OK from other client apps like BubbleUPNP on Android or mConnect on iOS?

What do you see under Media Server on the Browse/ Home Media Share in the WiiM Home app? Here’s mine for comparison which shows my Minimserver instance amongst others.

Edit: and similar from mconnect:

Yes, I can see minimserver on bubbleupnp or mConnect.
Are you running the Wiim App on your phone or on a desktop computer? Minimserver shows up on my phone but for some reason doesn’t show up on my Mac.

If you get it to work, switch to „legacy mode“ as the default mode, at least on my phone, is buggy.

Good morning, I'm running it on both the Pixel 8 Pro and the iPad. After rebooting the WIIM, it shows me the minimserver, I can select it, but it can't find any audio files.
