Noise : WIIM Pro plus + Qobuz 24Bit 96KHz

Hi guys.
I'm new here on forum.

I have a noise problem.
So i want to figure out that my WIIM Pro Plus has problem.

1) Noise Case #1 : Noise only 24Bit 96KHz. (Attached file)

Is it the optical output that hear noise?

Please try changing the optical output resolution to 16bit/44.1kHz and see if the noise disappears.

Also, if you are using a cable other than the included optical cable, try the included cable.

In my case, noise problem is generated only 24bit, 96KHz.
Anyway, i checked optical output is ok, when i hear noise in RCA output.

Sorry, I just read your blog.
I too think it is most likely a malfunction, because 24/192 can be played back normally, and noise is random.

Have you heard back from WiiM support yet?
