Playback issue on WiiM Ultra – Tidal tracks skip before finishing

Hello WiiM team,

I'm experiencing a playback issue with my WiiM Ultra when streaming music from Tidal via the WiiM Home app. Tracks often skip to the next one before the current song finishes — sometimes several seconds early. This happens consistently and makes it difficult to enjoy full albums or playlists.

Here are some details:
- Device: WiiM Ultra
- App: WiiM Home (latest version)
- Source: Tidal HiFi Plus
- Connection: Wi-Fi (strong signal)
- Firmware: 5.2.734250 Build Date sestavení20251101
- Issue: Tracks skip before the end, even when played directly from the WiiM Home app (not via third-party apps)

I’ve tried restarting the device, checking for firmware updates, and switching DNS settings, but the issue persists. Could you please investigate or advise on a fix?
