ReplayGain processing introduces artifacts for local content (served by a UPnP server)

Is it just me or does applying ReplayGain to local content introduce audible artifacts around track transitions?

I first noticed this when playing a mix album, the gapless transition between tracks seemed to be missing/repeating samples. I created a couple of test tracks and even though they didn't contain ReplayGain tags the act of enabling ReplayGain seemed to trigger the problem.

I contacted WiiM a few months ago, supplied some tracks and recordings on request but have heard nothing over the last couple of months, not even if they've been able to replicate the problem.

I'm having this issue with a WiiM Pro on all interfaces with all audio processing disabled.

Could someone with the ability to record audio please try the following tracks with ReplayGain (track or album) enabled to see if we can narrow down the problem - just being able to replicate the problem would be a start.

Track 1 ends with half of a one second fade; the end of that fade being the start of track 2 (followed by a fade-in just to make it sound a bit more pleasant).
It would be interesting to see what that 1 second fade out looks like; I'm expecting there to be a section missing/repeated.

Without ReplayGain enabled the playback of track1 -> track2 -> track1 should be seamless.

Thanks

NOTE: After enabling/disabling ReplayGain make sure to clear the queue; otherwise, the previous setting will still apply.
