I just installed and setup my new Wiim Ultra, replacing my Wiim Pro Plus which I moved to my bedroom setup. Now when I try to search in the Wiim app for an artist, I get no results and it looks like it is searching but I get no results ever. I never had an issue doing this until I started using the Wiim Ultra. I have attached a screenshot of a search.

please assist with any possible cause and fix for this.

Try powering the Ultra off and back on again, as well as rebooting your router.

If those don't help, please submit a ticket via the more/feedback section in the WiiM Home app so the engineers can inspect your device logs for clues.

I have tried both suggestions and neither has corrected my issue. I put in a trouble ticket. Thanks!

I am logged in to Amazon Music in the Wiim app. All of my music is there and I can play any song, artist or playlist from within the Wiim app. However when I try to search now, I get nothing. Just like the picture I provided.

I also get no results when searching for artists in my list… this app seems to be very faulty in details

I am logged in to Amazon Music in the Wiim app. All of my music is there and I can play any song, artist or playlist from within the Wiim app. However when I try to search now, I get nothing. Just like the picture I provided.

The search is done by the service API. So it may look like it is the Amazon Music that doesn't return anything.

Working fine in Tidal.
