Spotify Connect issue on wiim ultra display

My ultra does not show the Spotify info on the display like Amazon and Tidal. Just a icon and time. Connected with ethernet cable and iPhone and IPad at the same network.

Perhaps an Ultra owner may reply, but you could submit a support ticket via the feedback section in the WiiM Home app.

Along with submitting the ticket, please try reboot the device and delete the Spotify app cache. It is showing up fine on my Ultra.

Yes it does!

Do you own only one WiiM device? If you have multiple WiiM devices grouped together, you would only see the information on the screen when Ultra is the host device.

I just have the Ultra. Have sent a ticket to the team. Maybe It´s not still support ios 18

Just got back from holiday and mine’s doing the same thing now. Tried upgrading the firmware and still doing it. Grrrrr
