Static in line out on Wiim Pro

I have a new unit Wiim Pro and there is static in the line out but not the optic out. For my application I need to use the line out. Is there a setting i can adjust? Any insights?

Are you referring to the digital coax SPDIF out?

In any case, you are better off sending direct Feedback to WiiM Support on the More tab of the WiiM Home App.

If you do mean analog line out, do you have anything else with an analog input you can try it with, or another rca cable?
e.g. do you have another hifi system you can try it in, or something like a bluetooth speaker that also has an analog input?
i.e. try to see if it's something specific to that particular setup.

Also, if you have changed the charging adapter and cable to an external one, please try the adapter included with the Pro. Please ensure that the power cable and RCA cable do not come into contact with each other.

Btw, what kind of noise can you hear?

Static when there is no music coming out and static behind the music. Tried a better shielded RCA cable as well. I do have the Wiim plugged into the receiver will try to ply it in to a wall outlet

The static was caused by the plug in to the receiver. Pluged into a wall outlet and all is good. Thanks
