Would it be possible to move the subout controls to the equalizer screen. The bass volume is very song and format dependent. Having the subout controls easily accessible would be a nice upgrade.

Note that changing subwoofer volume is not the ideal way to control bass level as it can degrade integration around the crossover.

If you'd like to adjust bass level to suit the content I'd advise to use EQ instead - here's how to do that.
You can save various EQ settings and access them easily from the now playing screen, or you can even assign them to presets and switch with the remote control.

Thanks for the reply. I'm familiar with the equalizer settings within the app, including saving settings, room correction and powered subwoofer syncing. The sub out in the app includes a slider -15 - +15 to change the power going to the external sub.
The songs I stream are between HD and UHD. Usually the HD streams sound more bass heavy. I've also noticed that even if the stream is in UHD for two different music types and with the sub out level is the same, the bass "thump" can be radically different.
THE EAGLES: DESPERADO vs THE BLACK EYED PEAS: PUMP IT.
If just the bass level slider could be moved to the Equalizer screen, that would be a great improvement to the app.

I certainly wouldn't want my subwoofer controls moving to the equaliser screen, because they are fine where they are, and once set properly, they shouldn't need adjusting again at all.

Yes, it is common that different tracks have different frequency balance.

What I was trying to say was that the right tool to compensate for this would be EQ rather than subwoofer gain. This is because EQ can adjust bass level without disturbing the response around the crossover, while adjusting subwoofer gain can degrade integration.

My explanation of what I experience is, is how commercials get louder when you watch TV. Currently in the app, you have 4 steps to change the external subwoofer power out (not bass frequency adjustments) backup to device, go to settings, sub out, then slider. If the subout slider was on the equalizer screen, you would only have to press the eq button in the bottom right of the player screen to get to it.
If you were happy not ever utilizing it there once you had your level set the way you like, that would be your preference. I change mine frequently depending on the music style I'm listening to.
