Anyone had an issue with the 2.mm jack not sitting fully home on the WiiM Pro?

Just to clarify, do you mean the 2.5mm jack?

I used this to transition to 3.5mm mono.

If you're sure you have the correct size and configuration gently apply a little more pressure. Sometimes new equipment offers unexpected mechanical resistance.
