I have, yes. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence but Ive also this week had several instances where my amp ultra won't play sound from tv on start up (connected via hdmi). WiiM gremlins?

I encountered the same issue with my Amp Pro and Amp Ultra. Try tapping the screen on the Amp Ultra and pressing the play button on the playback controller. For some reason, the play button in the WiiM app was grayed out and couldn’t be tapped. With the Amp Pro, I had to restart it. If the problem occurs again, I’ll submit a support ticket.

Thanks I'll try that if it happens again, but I'm really hoping for a more 'permanent' solution because, as mentioned, others in the house don't use the app or the screen really, and just expect it to work. EG my wife last night: "you spent all the money on fancy gear and it won't even play sound from the tv when I turn it on"!
I'm also planning to swap my set ups around (ultra + vibelink into main living room system; amp ultra into office) so really need the main system to work without bugs.
Also, both devices have recently got the latest firmware updates so I'm somewhat suspicious that it could be something to do with it.
