Please show us your tags as requested by simbun. The above screenshots won't help us in finding the problem.
On the other hand - Are your tags in Chinese? Does the WiiM support Chinese tags? The question marks suggest that this might not be the case.
NOTE: I didn't test ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1 as I know it won't work, and I didn't really need to test FLAC as I believe it's always UTF-8.
These are the common encodings in MP3, though I believe UTF-8 is also possible (supported?) in ID3v2.3.
All 3 tracks were displayed correctly (I think) in the WiiM Home app (WHA), so it seems that support is there, but not for the encoding used in your tracks.
Mp3tag can be used to display the common encodings, but I don't think it's always possible:
