USB v tidal

New to the Wiim amp ultra moved from naim unit atom. Very surprised with the Wiim amp ultra and its features.

Found the graphic equaliser when playing from tidal this works, settings stay and music sounds amazing however when I listen to tracks on USB don't have the equaliser option so sound quality lacks.

Any ideas or help

Hi

To the best of my knowledge, the EQ for USB input is shared with Wi-Fi input. Should you require a dedicated EQ for USB, I recommend creating a separate EQ profile and switching between them via presets.
