Volume wheel: allow users to choose level of volume increase per rotation

Please add an option to specify the percentage of volume increase per rotation of the volume wheel. I do not want to turn 5 times to get from 0 to 100. I guess users would really appreciate the possibility to adjust this to their taste.

This can already be done in the app, so the remote is better for coarse adjustment.

Coarse adjustment can also be done in the app, and most of my my audiophile visitors do not have the app anyway.

Hi All! Bought an Ultra a couple of weeks ago and have been using and loving it. My ONLY real gripe to this point is the volume knob. Just registered here today so I could ask for an update on this thread. I am looking to replace my integrated amp with something more basic and use the Ultra as a true preamp, but I can't deal with such a slow volume knob. Customizable steps would be incredible!
