How did you come up with this? I literally said I know what sounds good to me. I've yet to run into anyone that disagrees that some recordings aren't produced well.So, you believe that you know how the music should sound better than the actual artists, and studio engineers and producers do.

That's fair enough, you are entitled to your opinion.
This goes back to the request of a separate volume control for the sub output. The question is whether there are enough potential buyers that want this feature to justify adding to a future product. When you're the only person who has asked for a particular feature and you don't get a lot of "likes" or agreeable comments, the odds aren't good for that ask.
The other issue is that I strongly suspect the number of people who get up to walk across the room to adjust the main physical volume level is probably a very small percentage of listeners. Like with TV remotes, its just too easy to stay seated and adjust volume from there with your phone, tablet or remote. From that perspective, it might be easier to bring the sub volume control up to a higher level in the app -- no physical redesign of the device needed, just a programming change. That makes it both easier and less expensive to implement.

Well someone mentioned the lack of sub output on the vibelink thread. So it's not just me that is concerned with sub output, it just seems like a farther cry to worry about a subwoofer knob. People on this thread seem to be more concerned with who has the bigger ego or features that they don't want to see. It's as if they are worried their own request will be ignored if someone else's request gets answered.
If that is the case then they should not be concerned at all with what knobs are on the device. Personally I sit right in front of mine so I'm not walking anywhere. On your second point, yes I think it should be relatively easy to add sub control to the presets/equalizer menu.
In my experience changing the subwoofer gain can change the response shape around the crossover slightly as the two responses (sub and main) get different weigths in acoustic summation.
If using RoomFit, the calibration therefore may no longer be optimal after the sub level is adjusted.
However, using a low shelf EQ would be just a linear change of total (summed) response, and RoomFit calibration would therefore not be negatively affected.

Do you mean to say you have the "Main Speakers Output Bass" option enabled, and you set the sub's low pass below the natural low frequency limit of your speakers?
Even with this approach the global low shelf EQ would still linearly apply to the total system response so I don't really see any issue with using it for this purpose.
In any case it is just an idea!
Okay I see what you're saying. I'm not concerned since I play my speakers at full range aka "main speakers output bass." This always gives me the best sound regardless if the subwoofer is on or off. I think an option to apply equalizer to subwoofer only or an option to adjust subwoofer level as a preset would help in my case.
