That was my first thought but the other burners are the same. I'll keep an eye on it. I suppose it could be some impurity.

@Smartplug may be hidden in your built-in kitchen.

You are getting worse gas mix, but you are paying for a better one (the one that you have your gas valves installed). Nothing new in winter.

All back to normal today. I did see reports of local leaks so could be related.

All jokes aside anything like that should be looked at by a qualified professional. Gas is no joke
