Where to put a WiiM Sound or other compact speakers?

I'm thinking of using it as an LMS player on a dry screened in porch this spring. I'll cover it with something when not in use. Question: If the unit is disconnected does it reconnect to the network easily or is password re-entry required?

If it behaves like all other WiiMs and other network players I‘m familiar with, no. Power it on and it will reconnect by itself.

It will/should automatically reconnect without the need to enter a password
