Flat: To me is brightest, most open, clear and lacks bass adjusts 48hz to 4khz (suggestion a little more bass) Reamne it to flat or clear ?
Might sound clearer do to not having alot of bass 4 khz up not adjusted

Harman: Very fullbodied (bass) adjusts down to 40hz and max is 3.3 khz (suggestion a little less bass) reaname it to bass ?

B&K: It does something to the midrange a little louder, fuller not bright despite enhancing 17khz alot (i guess i can't hear that high), despite that, flat sounds brighter, clearer, more open, B&K has a little more bass then flat, adjust 73-17.1khz Yamaha ns-10 midrange setting ? Rename it to yamaha ns-10 ?

Flat and harman is what i would use and adjust in the eq if i need to

Just remember that your listening impressions are impacted by the anechoic response of your specific loudspeakers being modified in mid and high frequencies, since you are running RoomFit full-range (something I wouldn't recommend in the vast majority of cases).

This means that other people using different loudspeakers in different rooms with different RoomFit settings might also have different impressions when using the same targets.

They don't adjust all the way from 20 to 20khz Flat it only does adjustments from 48hz to 4khz
Picking the target curve is one step.

Choosing the frequency range in which RoomFit will try to follow the target curve is a separate setting. The lower limit and the higher limit can be set independently. RoomFit will still apply some amount of intelligence and not waste peak filters on irrelevant frequencies.

The intention of room correction (done right) is not to adjust the sound to some fixed target. It aims at removing disturbances due to certain room effects without disturbing the general sound.
