They finally found out they didn’t solve this issue and their support team finally transfer this case to engineer team again after 4 days out break. It’s hard to believe that it’s a leading company in the streaming market.Spotify's statement is a joke. If the problem was resolved four days ago, why has it started happening to me yesterday, and why are complaints still coming in? Does Spotify think people are stupid? I've cancelled my subscription and explained the problem in my cancellation notice.
