Spotify Connect Lossless issue

Spotify's statement is a joke. If the problem was resolved four days ago, why has it started happening to me yesterday, and why are complaints still coming in? Does Spotify think people are stupid? I've cancelled my subscription and explained the problem in my cancellation notice.
They finally found out they didn’t solve this issue and their support team finally transfer this case to engineer team again after 4 days out break. It’s hard to believe that it’s a leading company in the streaming market.

Honestly? There's hardly anything more difficult than solving a problem that only occurs sporadically and under undefined circumstances. Therefore, I don't believe a complete solution will be found within the next few months. Given Spotify's initial difficulties and apparent helplessness, I would expect it to take years.
 
Strangely enough, in my country, this problem only occurred on December 16th, and since then, it hasn't happened even once.

Additionally, after switching the DNS server from "AUTO" to "Manual" in the Network Status of all WiiM devices a few days ago, I feel that the stability of operation (including Spotify) has improved.

I had tried it several times over the past few days without success and had given up. Thanks to your suggestion, I tried again and it's working for me again. I hope it stays that way.

Not sure what has been fixed? The issue persists on my daily phone (Google Pixel 6 with official Android 16). I'm only seeing the Google Cast option. On my OnePlus 7 Pro (LineageOS 23 - Android 16 based, 2nd screenshot), I get the Spotify Connect option 😅

The Spotify app version is the same.

Yes, that's a other issue that hasn't been resolved yet. What's being reported in this thread is that lossless playback becomes unavailable due to a temporary Spotify Connect issue.
