What's New:

1. USB Media Library Enhancements: Redesigned UI/UX for a more intuitive and seamless user experience.
2. Standby Wallpapers Customization (WiiM Ultra): Customize your standby wallpapers on WiiM Ultra.
3. KKBox Support: Stream music from KKBox directly in the app.
4. Plex Enhancements: Updated Plex UI to show subscription level, support loudness leveling, and fix track order for multi-disc albums.
5. LMS Server Selection: Select your preferred LMS (Logitech Media Server) based on IP for more flexibility in playback.
6. Playing Queue Enhancements: The playing queue UI now displays track numbers and highlights the current track.
7. Playing Track Highlight: Faster response when tapping to start playback.

Bug Fixes:

1. UK English Translation: Fixed "Favourite" spelling for UK English.
2. General Fixes: Various performance improvements and bug fixes.

Bug Fixes:

1. UK English Translation: Fixed "Favourite" spelling for UK English.
2. General Fixes: Various performance improvements and bug fixes.

For the Queue enhancements, additional improvements will be introduced in the upcoming iOS and Android updates, expected within a week.

Note: There is an issue with the L/R Room Correction feature in the Android app. The EQ was not disabled before testing, which led to incorrect measurement results. We will be releasing an update tomorrow to address this.

On my IPAD I just had the App update. Well, maybe it's because of old age, or maybe I just got stupid overnight, but I can't apply the new wallpapers.
I go to the display options and on the wallpaper with the alternating images I tap on Personalize. New wallpapers appear, but tapping one does nothing. It does not apply.
At the top right there is a label "Edit" but if I click the label the only option offered to me is to choose and delete the selected background.
A long tap does not work, because, as described, it is used to reorder the wallpapers.
So, can someone smarter than me help me out by telling me how to apply one of the added backgrounds? I would appreciate it very much. Thx.
One final note. I'm a little disappointed. Again, no additions to the playback screen. Again that one, lonely VuMeter.
Is it really that complicated to add a few more VuMeters and Spectrum Analyzers?
Let's wait and see.

We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.

Our engineers are currently investigating the issue. We've attempted to reproduce the problem on an iPad but were unable to. If possible, could you kindly provide us with a video showing the steps you take when rearranging the wallpapers?

Regarding the additional VU meters on the playback screen, we are working on supporting more, particularly for two channels. As for the Spectrum Analyzers, due to CPU usage concerns, we are still refining the algorithm to implement them effectively.

I'm unable to record a video, but i will tell you what i did step by step. Meanwhile the Android App too has had his update, but is the same thing as the IOS App. I can't selecte one of the new wallpapers..
So, this is what I do ;
WHA>Settings>Display Settings>Standby Screen Wallpaper>I tap Personalize on Slideshow presentation>Then i'm in the page with the new Wallpapers, but they are unselectable. If i tap one of the wallpapers nothing happens. They are neither selected nor applied.
If I tap Modify, the only option i have is to delete one or more wallpapers.
This is as for IOS as for Android App.

Could you please let us know the firmware version of your WiiM Ultra? This feature requires the latest firmware version to work properly. If possible, please send us feedback through the WiiM Home app. Our engineers will promptly investigate the issue upon receiving it.

However, I would like to add one thing. It's a really bizarre and non-intuitive way.
It would be much easier, when you are on the wallpapers page, to tap one to have it selected and set.

Yes, as you say, it is a little confusing, but the wallpaper for this clock is a slideshow, so you can turn on multiple images and switch between them periodically.


However, once I changed the wallpaper, I could not see the customize button. This may be a real bug.

Edit: My mistake. No problem.

It was due to the fact that my tablet's WHA was an older version.
It was not a bug.

Sadly you still can't see live albums on the Plex artist page. Only the studio ones.
