What's New:

1. Clock Display: Add time display at the top right corner.
2. Lyrics Display: Optimize the display of lyrics for better readability.
3. Queue Page Enhancement: Add total tracks count to the Queue page.
4. UI Improvements: Optimize text, color, and playback animation display.

No problem, my tv arc is connected to a soundbar system I prefer to keep my music and movies separate
not a fan of atmos music

So I just noticed an update to ver. 1.6 on the fire tv app that now includes the time at the upper right of the screen. Great! But why no option in settings to choose between 12 hour and 24 hour military time? The default is on 24 hour time. Could we get a 12 hour clock? (Didn’t find a thread for the new Fire TV version update)

24 hours is not military time. It's the time used in most of the world.

It should however follow the settings of the WiiM it's connected to.

Yes I understand most of the world is on 24 hour time. I am in the US. I can see setting the time on the Ultra for the clock feature, but I’m using a WiiM Amp Pro, which has no clock setting that I can find. Maybe Wilm can look into this request?

This is how it looks for my Amp Ultra. I don’t think it’s different for the Amp Pro.

Thanks for that. But no screen settings for the screen-less Amp Pro…was hoping it could be fixed in the Fire TV app settings.

Search for OLED and nothing came up so here it goes: can you have an option for OLED burn-in avoidance (typically shifts items ever so slightly) Love listening and watching for hours and the white lettering on dark background could over hours do things to the OLED that are better avoided. Thanks much in advance you amazing people!!

In my opinion, but turning on the dark mode reduces the brightness of white areas and thus prevents burning.

On my LG OLED TV there is a setting for that directly.

Hello. I have the problem that the lyrics are not synchronized with the music. I have an Apple TV 4K (1st generation) and a WiiM Pro. The music is coming from Qobuz. The lyrics are slightly delayed. Is there a way to adjust this?

Is it always out of sync for every track? It could be that the timings that the app is using from whatever lyrics source they use are not 100% accurate.

Have you tried rebooting the WiiM TV app, WiiM app, and Apple TV?

I use Amazon Music with the latest version of the Google TV app, and there is no delay in the lyrics, and it is more stable than before.


Btw
Sometimes this display error occurs, and rebooting the WiiM TV app will fix it.

The best route to a permanent solution is for you to submit a ticket via the more/feedback section of the WiiM home app along with precise details of your setup and use, with perhaps a short video of the issue.

I have LG OLED as well. LG says that as of now burn-ins are quite rare, but do not trust them at all, thus on top of having all "anti-burn-in" LG features turned-on, I also put WiiM Home App in the dark mode + display = color. This results in black background (which is also very pleasing to the eye) and much reduced luminance - I would be very surprised if this could generate burn-ins, but obviously if WiiM could add a feature that static elements (streaming service, clock and WiiM logo) could be switched off this would eliminate the risk entirely.

Hi, I have also ATV 4K (I think it is 1gen) and after last app update I had slight out of sync issue with lyrics. I didn't try it much and than switch to JPLAY app (from Tida/Qobuz connect/Wiim App) and just checked ATV Wiim app - lyrics are synced and there is no problem, but one have to have in mind that JPLAY uses DLNA protocol and it might have solved the problem. In free time I maybe will check ATV app with previous streaming solution and see whether problem is solved for good or there are stil issues.

There is no latest version thread for Android TV, so I'm posting here.

With the latest version of the GoogleTV app (V1.6), the app loses track of the device at random. The TV has a good Wi-Fi connection and no problems.

I press 'Yes' on this screen to open the device selection section, the relevant device is displayed and selecting it will return to normal.

V1.5 has never experienced this problem.

Hi, I’m having a problem with this latest version. The app closes by itself every time I try to open it — it loads the splash screen and then crashes. I have two Apple TVs, one with tvOS 26 and another with tvOS 18, and I’m having the same problem on both. What could it be?

I was able to get it working.
A few days ago, I added another device to the network that I use to stream AirPlay 1, the “Arylic S10.” I noticed that in the WiiM app on the iPad, it allowed me to control it. Now I just removed it from the network, reset the Arylic to factory settings, and the app on Apple TV now works. I guess that device was causing some sort of conflic
