Anyone know which Lyrics Lookup Service WiiM uses??

Hopefully it is a Commercial Service with a minor License Fee paid by WiiM. This way we should expect that Service to invest in additional hardware as usage/load grows.
It'd be bad to find WiiM points to some Individual/Hobbyist system, and the delays reported above are because the local hardware is being overwhelmed. Do we need to start a GoFundMe for someone whose Servers are being used up??

The last couple of times I've used the (android) tv app (not used it in the last week though) it has been back to the 'normal' 6-7 secs.

Wondering if the tv app can look ahead for the next song to pre-load the lyrics, in a similar way the wiim itself knows what's coming next for gapless playback.

Reviving this old thread!

Using the TV app tonight and the lyrics load very quickly when the song changes: a couple of seconds at most.
Don't know what's changed as I'm pretty sure it's the same v1.12 as before.
(I'll admit there's a very slim chance I'm wrong :))

However, for every single song so far the highlighted lyrics are ahead of the actual lyrics.
(Typical, as I'm typing this, this one particular song is almost in sync!)
As the highlighted line is the topmost line, it means what's currently being sung has often already disappeared off the screen before its heard or disappears half way through being sung. (Nothing new, been reported many times by many users.)

I've raised numerous issues / suggestions for the TV app, but right now one thing I'd like is the ability to easily turn off lyrics for the current track.
When the lyrics are so far off sync, or just plain wrong, I'd like to hide them.

I'm eagerly awaiting v1.13 with all my fixes implemented ;)

But why is the 3 dot option on the bottom right a horizontal set of dots while it's vertical in the home app?

The app is great, and I really enjoy having a display up with my headphones on.

Downside, there are just very, very few options in the app. It’d be nice to customise just a little, with voices between lyrics on and off, artwork on the left, details on the right, just one big album cover in the middle, etc.
