Some have.Weird to announce an update that I gather no once has received yet.
Thanks. I hadn't seen any. Usually I get my updates within 2 or 3 days but haven't seen anything yet for my Mini. Some have.
a peq mode comparable to those of other wiims? 2*10?I looked for the update this morning and still no update, so i did a try with the verify updates button and…the update was there and now i have it. I went in a hurry to RC and apparently it seems the same as others WiiMs. Now i’ve no time, but later in the day i will try this new feature to see how it works![]()
Yes, 2x10-band PEQ (one set of 10 PEQs per each channel).a peq mode comparable to those of other wiims? 2*10?
as I have already suggested a reflection on the functions side could be done to be able to dedicate the inexpensive mini to the specific use on subwoofer ;-)Yes, 2x10-band PEQ (one set of 10 PEQs per each channel).
The function is identical to the other WiiM devices, except bass management of course, since there's no sub out on the Mini.
It seems to me something along those lines is in the Mini roadmap for a while now:as I have already suggested a reflection on the functions side could be done to be able to dedicate the inexpensive mini to the specific use on subwoofer ;-)
If they didn’t do it that way but only announced it after some people had received the update, you’d get complaints that there hadn’t been an announcement beforehand. Plus it was the weekend when updated seldom land.Weird to announce an update that I gather no once has received yet.

It is perhaps too early to speculate on the exact functionality, but it does seems promising!![]()
Hi...Hi everybody,
I was reading your thread and I also have the Wiim Pro Plus (I'm fascinated by its performance, in general) connected to some active speakers (Edifier S2000MKIII). I'm very satisfied with the set, but perhaps the main aspect to improve is the subwoofers...
Considering that, indeed, the Wiim Pro Plus does not have a subwoofer output, what do you think about splitting the analog signal that comes out via RCA from the Wiim Pro Plus? Is it really efficient or is the signal lost, negatively affecting the signal that reaches the active speakers?
Thanks in advance !!
I am also in the UK and I got the update this morningI received this update on both of my Mini devices on Saturday morning in the UK, so almost two days ago.
