The list is long, and thank you for following up.
;-)

But just so you don't forget to "improve, enrich, and finalize" topics like your PEQ or RoomFit etc which are a source of pride for you... or even older, more fundamental topics like DLNA, etc.

Thank you.
;-)

I know... just none...here... "I have" for the moment...
(I ask just because:
It seems to me that we've had some rather strange things in recent months with firmware being announced that ultimately wasn't really distributed...or was put on standby...etc)

( me actually this of 23/01/26)

My point was simply "to try and follow the deployment..."

The "update affair" recently became a nerve tense factor for many, and not only between final users.
My humble thought is always the same: "two months of wait is ok, if you're getting a good and fully tested update".

I'm still on v4.8.805 so it has not reached our shore's yet. Hope it's not because of the rancid decisions that have been made over here lol.

(It seems to me that on many subjects, unfinished betas, ambitious and important features yet to be completed, debug, etc., it would be good to try to finalize them... and not just the ancillary aspects...
"Clean the slate before proceeding"
The idea is rather to protect oneself from criticism....
The competition, even if very behind, won't hesitate to seize upon it... it's all part of the game.
;-)
They will be the target now because of their dominant , in pricing position... (I'm thinking about it... their latest streamer, Ultra, will be.... two years old very soon, 07/24...))

A good device stays a good device. Your ears are also not getting upgrades every year, rather the opposite… 🥳
Also, as WiiM is not getting any money after you bought the device, lower your expectations on getting more and continous services (for free)…

"achieve""things done can't hurt them...
;-)
(Personally, I ask, I don't expect any particular enrichment...quite the opposite.Just managing the streaming aspect alone seems like a bottomless pit of problems... We're far from just using small Class D amps, small DACs, etc...That's a joke compared to this.)

Announced 5 days ago... it's becoming a bit surprising... isn't it?

Somebody have it?

(A situation that wasn't seen before... but if I understand correctly, it's something that's been seen recently on the Ultra(?) )
