WiiM Ultra Volume knob push not working

I'm having an issue with my WiiM Ultra where the volume knob push function for play/pause has stopped working recently.
I'm not sure if this is related to the latest firmware update. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

BTW shock horror the WiiM Amp Ultra, WiiM Amp Pro and WiiM Amp all share this feature with the WiiM Ultra.
