Hi the ma352 McIntosh amp have 2 sub out. So do you connect the 2 svs sb2000pro subs to the ma352 sub outs? or do I have to use sub out on the wiim ultra?

The SVS sb 2000pro subs have inbuilt dsp.

I use the SVS app to tune my stereo SB1000Pros connected via speaker level inputs and am pleased with the results

Yes, this is one way to do it. Connect the Left or white OUTPUT 2 (SUB) on the MA352 to one SVS subwoofer and the the Right or red OUTPUT 2 (SUB) on the MA352 to the second SVS subwoofer. You would then use the SVS app to set the crossovers for subwoofers.

The WiiM is set up as if you have no subwoofers in use. This will send the needed full range (20Hz-20Kz) audio signal to the MA352.

The other way to do it is to use an RCA Y splitter cable connected to the subwoofer output on the WiiM Ultra to both subwoofers . In this configuration you would configure the WiiM Ultra as having a subwoofer in the system and use the WiiM Ultra to set crossover frequencies. Then the WiiM will send the low frequencies to the subwoofers and the mid and high frequencies to the MA352.

The downside of this approach is that both subwoofers will receive the same signal (e.g. no Left or Right channel information) though I don't think this is generally an issue as subwoofer frequencies are omnidirectional.
