Add support for multiple accounts tied to the same email for youtube music

Many YouTube users—especially those who have used Youtube since its early days—have multiple YouTube accounts or channels tied to the same email address. Currently, the WiiM Home app does not provide a way to switch between these accounts.

I am unable to access my primary account’s content and all my playlists through the WiiM Home app. It’s also unclear how the app determines which YouTube account to connect to. Even though I have one account configured as the default channel in my Google settings, the app still selects the other one.

Adding the ability to choose or switch between YouTube accounts within the app would greatly improve usability for many users.

I think it’s been mentioned before that this is an issue with the API Google provides to third parties, but I have no doubt WiiM will pass this along to them

Same problem here, I'm not able to access my channel where where all my music, playlists, likes, downloads, and albums reside. Bummer. Wiim will only connect to the default YTM channel.
