Are floorstanding speakers or bookshelf speakers with a subwoofer suitable for a 14 m² room for the Wiim Amp Ultra?

Based on available data I would favor the SVS SB-1000 over the WiiM Sub Pro, yes.

Simply because SVS SB-1000 can play down to 20Hz in-room, which by all accounts WiiM Sub Pro can't reach.
Not all media has content that deep down, but some does (including music) - and it is great being able to hear it when it's there. SB 1000 can probably also play louder than Sub Pro (having a bigger woofer), but we'd need to see CEA 2010 data for the Sub Pro to be sure.

WiiM Sub Pro on the other hand has DSP and wireless connection capabilities which may be important in some use-cases, so I can see how that is appealing as well.
Is the SVS much more difficult to integrate than the WiiM? I guess that RoomFit could be applied to both cases. Price is now exactly the same and even physical size is not that different.

By the way - I'm not entirely sure to what extent integration of WiiM Sub Pro is automated - I don't own it so can't test.

So I wonder if it e.g. tries to match the phase around the crossover, or if it chooses the the ideal crossover frequency to hide SBIR notches caused by placement. And this is definitely worth doing.

What I'm trying to say is that in the end you may need to do subwoofer integration manually anyway. I'd suggest to look into this before purchase.

It seems we crossposted :)

As I said in the previous post, I don't own the WiiM Sub Pro so can't confirm everything that it does.
But I do own the SVS SB-1000 Classic, I use it with the WiiM Amp Ultra and I'd say a sub is not incredibly difficult to integrate well with some guidance - but it does require some patience, and wilingness to learn and experiment.
If you can use REW to measure the response that helps as well.
