It is my opinion that the Wiim Amp Ultra punches above its weight. Having said that, I am curious to know which speakers users are using it with. I would like to get a sense of the price range of speakers the Wiim can handle.
Please let us know which speakers you are using.

I myself am using Fyne F303i tower speakers. They are 91db sensitive at 8 ohms.
The Wiim Amp Ultra drives them to great sound quality and levels.

WiiM Amp Ultra connecting to Spendor A4 as TV sound system. Although the A4s sensitivity measures only 84dB, but the Amp Ultra drive it withount any issue.

Revel M16 bookshelves with a SVS SB-1000 Classic sub.

Plays really loud, I never go above 50% on the volume control.

The speakers are 6 ohm nominal, sensitivity 86dB (2.83V @ 1M), listening distance is about 2.3m.

Radiant Acoustics Clarity 6.2.

Nominal impedance: 4 ohm
Sensitivity: 82 dB @ 2,00 Vrms ~1 W @ 4 ohm
Actual impedance (dips below 4 ohm in the HF range):

Right now my main amp is back into the system, but the WiiM Amp Ultra could drive this speakers superbly well. Incredible bass from such small speakers and plenty loud enough in my smallish apartment (although with an open kitchen and hallway).

Q acoustics 3020i! Amazing pair of speakers and honestly fantastic pairing with the amp ultra, post tuning and it sounds way better than my old SMSL with generic eq presets

Paradigm Monitor SE 6000F’s and a SVS SB1000 Pro sub, 99% music, but occasionally a loud movie. Couldn’t be happier. Mostly Apple Music bluetoothed from my phone. Typically listen at around 45-48% volume, which is usually loud enough, but once in awhile crank it up to around 60% to rattle some plaster and brain cells.
